💰$500.00 minimum for all parties
💰$50.00 Per adult
💰$25.00 per kid 13 and under
💰20% recommended gratuity which goes 100% to your chef(s), if you enjoy your hibachi event, is NOT included
💰CASH ONLY DAY OF EVENT
💰Cash or Credit Card (with a tiered rate of processing fee) are accepted.

For bill $999 or less, $35.

For bill $1000 to $1999, $60.

For bill $2000 or above, $90.

💰Other forms of payment like Zelle, or Venmo might also be accepted, contact us to confirm the specific payment options.
💰Minimum may vary depending on location, our booking manager will reach out and discuss further for this, if applies.

Additional travel & handling fee applies

Travel fee ranging from $50-$150 depending on the event location and chef's availability. Once order details submitted, an estimate of total amount with travel fee will be sent out for review. Additional fee may apply for booking in less than 48 hours, or for location that is out of service area.

⏳Please make sure to submit your order no later than 3 days prior to your event, or we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.


CANCELLATION

While we understand that plans and circumstances may change, we kindly request that you appreciate the time and effort invested in coordination, chef assignment and food preparation. A tiered one-time cancellation fee will be charged, if the cancellation or reschedule notice is given in 2 days or less prior to your event date, for any reason, including inclement weather.

For party of 20 or less, $200.

For party between 21 to 30, $300.

For party between 31 to 40, $400.

For party between 41 to 50, $500.

For party of 50 or more, $600.

Regardless of the party size, if the cancellation is made on the same day, a 90% of total bill fee will be applied as cancellation fee, to cover event coordination, chef assignment, food preparation, food waste and chef’s travel.


If it rains, customer is required to provide some type of cover for the chef to cook under so they can stay dry. We can cook under tents, and patios.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Location Choice:

The client can choose to host the hibachi party indoors or outdoors as per their preference. Outdoor events are recommended if weather permits.

Client Acknowledgment:

If opting for an indoor event, the client acknowledges and gives consent to Awesome Hibachi. The client understands that Awesome Hibachi does not take responsibility for any incidents, damages, or injuries during the event.

Venue Compliance:

The client is responsible for ensuring the chosen venue complies with safety requirements for hibachi events, including proper ventilation and adherence to local regulations.

Safety Guidelines:

Guests must follow safety guidelines provided by Awesome Hibachi staff during the event, and the client should obtain necessary permits and insurance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Awesome Hibachi may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. The client will be notified, and efforts will be made to find an alternative date.

Punctuality:

While we understand that the party truly begins when all guests are present, we highly appreciate if the event can commence promptly at the scheduled time. We provide a 15-minute grace period for potential delays, after which the show must start. Any extra time beyond the 15min grace period of the agreed-upon start will incur a $1 per 1min charge.

Indemnification:

The client agrees to indemnify Awesome Hibachi from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

Coupon Usage:

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Only one coupon can be applied per event booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Awesome USA Group Inc (D.B.A. Awesome Hibachi) , or any agent, employee, director, or representative of Awesome Hibachi, will NOT be liable to any Licensee (Host) or Licensee’s guests for property damage caused as a result of any party held on the Licensee’s (Hosts) premises. For the purpose of this paragraph “property damage” is defined as: injury to any real or personal property on the premises of where the Awesome Hibachi event is taking place. Furthermore, Licensee (Host), individually and for Licensee’s guests, waives any claim against Awesome Hibachi for any loss of, or damage or destruction to, property of Licensee (Host) or Licensee’s guests, arising from any cause. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for property loss or damage or destruction to the property sustained by the Licensee or Licensee’s guests before, during, or after the Awesome Hibachi event has taken place.

Awesome USA Group Inc (D.B.A. Awesome Hibachi) is not a restaurant or food preparation entity. The hibachi chefs available on our Platform operate independently of Awesome Hibachi. Chefs are required to comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to the preparation, and sale of food, including, without limitation, food preparation and safety and menu disclosure. Awesome Hibachi is not liable or responsible for chef’s food preparation or safety and does not verify their compliance with all applicable laws. In addition, Awesome Hibachi does not guarantee the quality of what the chefs sell, nor does it guarantee the services provided by them.
