Do I need all my details before I book?

You do not need every single detail finalized before booking. We mainly need your date, approximate guest count, and location to hold your spot. Final details can be confirmed closer to your event date.

Does Awesome Hibachi set up the event?

Our hibachi chef brings the grill, cooking equipment and sets up the hibachi cooking area. You provide the tables, chairs, and place settings for your guests.

How do you recommend I set up my tables and chairs?

We recommend setting up tables and chairs in a U-shape or straight line facing the grill so all guests can enjoy the hibachi show. Around 10x10 ft space is usually enough for backyard, driveway, patio, or terrace setups.

Hibachi must be cooked in a covered outdoor area. If rain is expected, we recommend using a tent, covered patio, or rescheduling when possible. Our team will help plan the best weather backup options.

Does the price cover any beverages?

Our standard hibachi packages do not include beverages. You may provide your own drinks. Some chefs offer sake spray for adult guests as part of the entertainment.

What seasonings do you use for hibachi at home?

Our chefs use hibachi-style seasonings including garlic butter, soy sauce, teriyaki, lemon, and house-made hibachi sauces. We can adjust seasonings if there are allergies or dietary requests.
