Meals start at $60 per adult and $30 per child age 13 and under, with a $600 party minimum. The meal includes a side salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and two protein choices. Premium proteins, travel or handling fees, and the recommended 20% gratuity are additional. Share your Portland event address so our team can confirm any travel fee.

You can reserve a date before you have the final guest count and every food order. Your confirmation email includes the food order details form. Submit your final choices and headcount no later than four days before the event, as required by the booking instructions. Contact our team if you need help or are booking close to the event date.

We provide the chef, hibachi grill, cooking equipment, ingredients, and live cooking entertainment. The host provides tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and a suitable outdoor cooking area. For vacation rentals, confirm permission from the property owner before booking.

We suggest two 8' rectangular tables set up in an L shape, accommodating approximately 10 individuals. Alternatively, three 6' rectangular tables arranged in a U shape can seat between 12 and 15 people.However, if you prefer a more casual standing setup, you don't even need tables and chairs! We are highly adaptable when it comes to party arrangements, so feel free to discuss your preferences with us.

Cancellation charges depend on when you notify us. Under the booking terms, cancellation notice given two days or less before the event is subject to a tiered one-time cancellation fee starting at $200.
