The minimum spend for a standard Awesome Hibachi party is $600. This is a minimum charge, not a requirement to have exactly ten adult guests.
For a standard meal-only starting calculation, multiply adults by $60 and children under 13 by $30, then compare that amount with the $600 party minimum. Ask the team how your selected additions affect a below-minimum booking rather than assuming a rule for upgrades.

For a mixed-age family, agree how to divide the amount. You can allocate the published meal rates by household, then share common expenses. If the meal subtotal is below the minimum, decide how the gap will be shared too.
What Is Included in the Hibachi Price?
Each guest receives salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice and two protein choices. Current standard choices include chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon and vegetable/tofu. The chef brings and sets up the hibachi cooking equipment.
Does the Chef Bring Tables, Chairs and Plates?
You arrange guest tables, chairs, plates and utensils. Keep drinks, dessert, decorations and any furniture rental in your overall party budget too; the chef's cooking-equipment setup does not include setting your guest tables.
How Much Do Hibachi Menu Upgrades Cost?
The current AH menu lists filet mignon as a $5 protein upgrade and lobster tail as a $10 protein upgrade. Additional side orders are different purchases: an extra filet mignon portion is $20, and an extra lobster tail portion is $20. Noodles are $5. Check your location's current menu before collecting choices.
For a 12-adult dinner, start with $720. If three guests choose the $5 filet upgrade, two choose the $10 lobster upgrade, and four order $5 noodles, the selected additions total $55. The food amount becomes $775 before other charges.
That is a planning example, not a booking quote. Make sure the order says whether a guest wants an upgrade to an included protein or an additional portion; writing only "lobster" does not answer that question.
