To make sure everyone has a satisfying meal, we’ll also add extra vegetables, salads, and noodles to their plates. Can customers provide their own proteins?
Unfortunately, we cannot cook any outside proteins or food due to insurance rules and regulations. This policy helps us maintain high standards for food safety and quality. Using our own ingredients ensures that every dish meets our strict guidelines for taste and freshness. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore the variety of proteins we offer on our menu!
How can I make a reservation?
You can book all our Scottsdale hibachi at home services through our website. If you have 30 or more guests, please make two reservations for the same date and time so we can send two chefs. There are no extra fees for having an additional chef; we want everyone to have a great time!
What is your cancellation policy?
We need 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you don’t let us know in time, there will be a starting fee of $200. If it rains, you must provide some covering for the chef to cook under. We can cook under tents or patios. You are responsible for canceling due to bad weather within 48 hours of your event.
